Crows Nest is a residential suburb on the Lower North Shore with a mix of apartments, townhouses and older family homes. Much of the work in suburbs like this is balcony timber, stairs, doors, skirting, shelving and repairs, often in strata buildings that need approval and set working hours. I plan access, deliveries and site protection before starting, and I keep the scope and exclusions clear in writing.
